h1. Email integration h2. h3. General information If you are a watcher of an issue you will receive a notification about that issue. To add a comment to a tickets via email, just reply to the notification received from redmine@nt2.info and the ticket will be updated with the text of your email reply. Please remove the signatures from your reply before sending it. This feature is enabled only for the users that are members of the project. h2. h3. Issue attributes The issue attributes that can be updated via email are the following: * Project * Tracker * Category * Priority * Status * Start date * Due date * Target version * Estimated hours * Done ratio * <Custom field name> The syntax to update an issue attribute is the following: Project: foo Tracker: Bug Priority: Urgent Status: ResolvedGo to top
