 h2. General information 

 If you are a watcher of an issue you will receive a notification about that issue. 
 To add a comment to a tickets via email, just reply to the notification received from redmine@nt2.info and the ticket will be updated with the text of your email reply.  
 *Please Please remove the signatures and quoted text from your reply before sending it.* it. 
 This feature is enabled only for the users that are members of the project.  

 h2. Issue attributes 

 The issue attributes that can be updated via email are the following: 

 * Project 
 * Tracker 
 * Category 
 * Priority 
 * Status 
 * Start date 
 * Due date 
 * Target version 
 * Estimated hours 
 * Done ratio 
 * <Custom field name> 

 The syntax to update an issue attribute is the following: 
 Project: foo 
 Tracker: Bug 
 Priority: Urgent 
 Status: Resolved
